This course is for students who love art and computers but are not majoring in Visual Arts. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of digital art making and learn to create art using digital technology. Creative problem-solving, art-making processes, terminology, historical precedent, and contemporary digital practice will be explored. The class will include short lectures, computer demonstrations, and in-class studio work.
